But, what if I told you, there are simple yogic techniques, which when performed, prevent and cure all the physical and emotional hazards caused by back pain.

The goal of this book is simple: I will teach you simple Yogic techniques to get rid of your back pain that's keeping you away from living a meaningful life.

- Tadasan / Asana of the Palm Tree

To start with the Mudras are extremely easy to perform and are very effective too, make them the cornerstone of your exercise regimen. Now coming to the Yoga asans, initially practice all the yoga asanas slowly and without exerting too much strain on your body, observe how you "Feel" while you perform the asana and after performing the asana. Depending on one's ayurvedic Prakriti (mind-body constitution) everyone will have a different response to these asanas. So, note down your body's response to a particular asana. A couple of asanas or more will stand out from the others. Include them in your practice. Follow the yoga asanas with the Shavasana.

Finally, in the "Ayurvedic remedies" section I have included a few herbal remedies. Try out all of them and then figure out which agrees with you the most, taste-wise and in effectiveness. Include these herbal remedies in your daily diet. Your exercise regimen will look like:
Mudras + Yoga asanas that you short list + Shavasana + Herbal elixirs that you find to be most effective.
