This book brings to light much of the atmosphere in Third Reich Germany, many of the noteworthy events and people, and the use of the postal system to influence the thinking of the citizens through the illustrations and slogans on stamps, cancellations, and postcards. That time was dark not only Europe people but and German citizens — boys and girls from “Hitler Jugend”, their parents and grandparents. The book start from postage stamp Frederick the Great (1933) and finish the last Hitler’s photo with “Hitler jugend boy” armed with “Faustpatron” 1945.
